We hope that you will always be happy with everything you buy from the rose..., but if you are in anyway dissatisfied, here's what to do:

Returns

To return an item simply complete the Returns Form supplied with your delivery and enclose it with the returned goods to :

Goods must normally be returned unworn within 14 days of receipt.

We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery.

If you'd like to exchange any of the items you ordered, please follow the instructions above indicating that you would like an exchange on the Returns Form.

You will not be charged additional P&P on your replacement items as long as they are delivered to a UK address.

Note

Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, please obtain (free) proof of postage from the Post Office as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
